Welcome to Gear Sync Pro. By downloading, installing, or using our desktop software or visiting our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install Gear Sync Pro on computers owned or leased by your automotive recycling or salvage yard business, solely for managing your inventory and listings.

2. Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the API tokens, merchant credentials, and passwords you configure within Gear Sync Pro. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your eBay, Shopify, or Stripe seller accounts.

3. Listing Policies & Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that all listings synchronized using Gear Sync Pro comply with the policies, regulations, and aspect taxonomy terms set forth by eBay and Shopify. We are not responsible for any listing warnings, fees, or account restrictions imposed by e-commerce platforms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gear Sync Pro is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the sync loop or fitment scraping functions will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gear Sync Pro or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of inventory data, sales revenue, or business reputation, arising out of the use of our software.

6. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the desktop client after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
